Horizon Magdalena Kalisiak ("we", "our", "us") provides a Shopify application "Horizon Variants on Hover" that enhances how product variants are displayed on storefronts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect merchant data.

When you install and use the app, we may collect:

• Store details (e.g., shop domain, shop name)
• Shopify access tokens (via OAuth)
• Product data (IDs, variants, options) accessed via Shopify API
• App configuration and settings (stored per product and per shop)

We do not collect or store customer personal data.

3. How We Use Information

We use this data to:

• Deliver app functionality (variant previews, swatches, hover interactions)
• Store and apply your settings (product & general settings)
• Optimize performance (e.g., caching and preloading logic)
• Maintain and improve the app

4. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored securely using Railway-hosted infrastructure
• We use a PostgreSQL database managed via Prisma ORM
• We implement reasonable safeguards to protect against unauthorized access

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Data may be processed by trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting and database services) strictly to operate the app.

6. Shopify API Usage

Horizon Variants uses Shopify’s APIs to read store and product data. We only request the minimum scopes required for the app to function.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Data is retained only while the app is installed
• Upon uninstall, store data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe

8. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app means you accept the updates.
